Our Remote Online Notary uses a digital certificate from a known certificate authority
as required by Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title and other Title Insurance Underwriters.

Foreign Citizens using an International Passport can now have documents legally notarized by a Florida Remote Notary. Florida Statute 117.05(5)(b)2. "an online notarization of a principal not located within the United States, using a passport issued by a foreign government not including the stamp of the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services may be used as a government-issued identification credential to verify the principal’s identity." Biometrics “Identity proofing” is required. IP address check and an Identity affidavit is also employed. Only PASSPORTS are allowed with the exception of Canadian and Mexican citizens who may use a valid drivers license.

Google Voice and Translate allow Remote Notary to assist Signers who speak multiple languages. SignIx, our Florida Approved signing portal used to electronically sign documents offer signing instructions in multiple languages. An interpreter can easily be added to the video meeting to assist with the oath.

Remote Online Notary (RON) Witnesses should be personally known to the Remote Notary when notarizing real estate, power of attorney, estate, medical directive, will, trust, or financial documents.

($75.00 each) Verified, disinterested witnesses fee. The verified witness fee is for all documents signed during the Zoom, WhatsApp or Whereby video oath.
